Rove Hotels
Discover how we helped Rove turn scattered decks into a clear set of brand tools that any team can use, from sales to marketing.
Rove is a Dubai-born hospitality brand for city explorers. The business now spans hotels, branded residences and workspaces. The spaces already felt consistent in real life, but the supporting decks, fact sheets and templates didn't. Different teams were adapting old files, creating their own layouts and working around outdated presentations.
Rove’s existing collateral no longer reflected the brand’s direction. Materials were text-heavy, outdated and built for print, forcing teams to rework them for everyday use. As the brand shifted from “hotels in Dubai” to a global lifestyle platform spanning Rove Hotels and Rove Home, it needed a visual-first, flexible system that could scale across teams and formats.
Create materials built for fast, everyday use
Express a global, lifestyle-driven brand
Create a scalable, flexible toolkit
We treated every piece of collateral as part of one system, starting from the refreshed brand identity and building formats that sales, marketing and development teams can open, edit and present without breaking the look.
Two principles guided the work: keep layouts modular so slides and pages can be added or removed based on the audience, and keep design visual and light on text so the brand feels bold, fun and confident.

We turned the original print fact sheet into a presentation ready property deck. Took the content from the existing fact sheet to protect accuracy and approvals.

Built a new visual layout for Rove Al Marjan Island as the master format

Added a clear location slide and simple sections for rooms, facilities, F&B, meeting spaces and key selling points.
Designed it in Canva so sales teams can update copy, numbers and photos for any property without design support.
Next we reworked the main brand deck into a flexible brochure that can fit owners, partners, corporate clients or travel trade.
Reframed the narrative from “hotels in Dubai” to “Dubai born brand with a global outlook”.
Structured the deck so slides about hotels, Rove Home and workspaces can be switched on or off depending on the meeting.

Replaced heavy text slides with visual stats on rooms, locations and pipeline. Imagery and layouts were refreshed to feel brighter, bolder, and aligned with the updated brand guidelines.

Integrated the brand film as a set piece inside the flow rather than an add on link.
To support everyday use across departments we rebuilt the core PowerPoint template and toolkit.
Identified the small set of slide types teams actually use: covers, section dividers, image collages, headline + body layouts, simple diagrams.

Designed a new template around those formats, with extra options for roadmaps, timelines and data points.
Standardized layout grids, logo placement and margins so internal decks feel aligned even when different teams build them.

Condensed the old, text heavy toolkit into a cleaner reference with more visuals and less copy.
We designed a set of reusable campaign assets that pick up the same visual language. Required set delivered:
