Dubai Courts is a key government institution with a large internal audience across departments and roles. The Happiness & Positivity Team leads initiatives around wellbeing, internal culture and staff engagement.
The team needed to communicate topics such as mental health, work culture and internal guidelines in a way that felt human yet still formal. They wanted a partner who could take full ownership of planning and production while staying inside Dubai Courts visual and language expectations.

We defined a simple role for the content. It had to inform, reassure and feel like it belongs to Dubai Courts.
We handled the process end to end. Planned each video with HR, outlining key messages, structure and length.
Filmed on site at Dubai Courts to keep the setting familiar for staff. Webinar-style sessions were recorded so subject matter experts could present clearly.
Edited in both Arabic and English where needed, with subtitles for accessibility.
