TIKTOK & REELS CONTENT

Short form video on TikTok, Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts is where most audiences now encounter new brands. The work covers strategy, trend and hook research, short form production and editing, creator briefing and a posting schedule the brand can sustain.

BUILT FOR THE WAY SHORT FORM WORKS

Short form has its own rules around vertical framing, fast cuts, captions for muted viewing and a hook that grabs attention in the first second. The work that performs in these feeds looks closer to native creator content than to a polished commercial.

Strong short form work also stays close to what is happening on the platforms. Sounds, formats, framing styles and editing rhythms change week to week, and the brands that perform are the ones with a working content plan that adapts to those changes.

Why it matters

SHORT FORM IS WHERE BRANDSGET DISCOVERED NOW

Discovery on these platforms does not come from a search bar. It comes from the algorithm deciding a piece of content is worth showing to people who have never heard of the brand. The brands that win that are the ones producing content built for how the feed works.

OUR TIKTOK & REELS CONTENT
PROCESS

01

STRATEGY AND CONTENT PLANNING

We start by mapping the audience segments active on TikTok, Reels and Shorts, the content pillars the brand will run on, and the posting schedule the team can sustain. Trend research happens here too, with a working list of the formats, sounds and angles currently performing in the category.

02

PRODUCTION AND EDITING

Production runs in monthly batches scoped to the brand's content plan, with talent, location and crew booked against the output the batch is producing. Each shoot delivers a finished set of short form videos, with the vertical editing, captions, sound design and on screen graphics each platform rewards built in during post.

03

POSTING AND PERFORMANCE REVIEW

Once the content is approved we hand over to the social media management team for scheduling, posting and community work. Performance gets reviewed monthly against engagement, reach and saves, with the trend list and the content plan calibrated for the next batch based on what the data shows.

FAQ

Short form is built for how each platform works, with early hooks, vertical aspect ratios, the right pacing and sounds the algorithms pick up. The production model is lighter and faster, with content produced in monthly batches matched to the brand's posting schedule.

TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and Facebook Reels are the platforms we produce for most often. Each platform has its own audience, format conventions and algorithm.

There is no universal answer. How much to post depends on the category, the audience, the platform mix and the production volume the brand can sustain over time. We recommend a posting schedule during the strategy phase, set to what the brand can produce consistently instead of to an arbitrary target.

Yes. Casting on camera talent, briefing creators and managing creator partnerships are all part of the engagement when the content needs them. Some brands prefer to use their own founders or staff on camera, in which case we run media training and direction on shoot day.

Posting and community management run through our social media management service, which is scoped separately. Most clients run both engagements together so the production team and the management team work from the same content plan.

Most monthly batches take 2 to 3 weeks from brief approval to final delivery, with one production cycle covering all the videos for the month. We share the scope, shoot day count and delivery timeline upfront, with no surprise charges for revisions inside the agreed scope.
