ON GROUND ACTIVATION

Physical brand experiences leave a different kind of memory than anything that happens on a screen. We build those moments, taking a brand idea into the physical spaces where the audience already spends time and running everything from strategy through production to the reporting afterwards as one engagement.

BRAND MOMENTS THAT TRAVEL

The work creates what digital cannot, a memory the audience experienced in person. People remember what they encountered in person far longer than what they scrolled past, and that recall becomes the kind of social conversation competitors cannot buy their way into.

The work also doubles as a content engine for digital. A single day on site can produce social, paid and PR coverage that runs for weeks afterwards. The brands that get the most from an activation plan the digital amplification ahead of time, with capture, talent and content roles agreed during the build.

Why it matters

PHYSICAL IS WHERE BRANDSBECOME UNFORGETTABLE

We create the kind of brand moment people take home, share with friends and remember months later when the brand turns up somewhere else.

OUR ON GROUND ACTIVATION
PROCESS

01

STRATEGY AND CONCEPT

We start with the campaign objective, the audience the activation has to reach and the budget and venue options. From there we build the activation concept, deciding the format, the venue, the experience flow and the digital amplification plan that will carry the activation past its physical run.

02

PRODUCTION AND BUILD

The production phase covers the venue booking, the build and fabrication, the talent casting and the operational planning that gets the activation ready for the public. We handle the build, the permits, the insurance and the on site safety through vetted production partners that we manage on the brand's behalf, so the brand has one point of contact instead of a roster of vendors to chase.

03

ACTIVATION DAY AND REPORTING

On the day we run the activation end to end, with the on site team handling experience flow, talent direction, social content capture and any issue that comes up. After the event we report on attendance, engagement, social reach and the strategic learnings the next activation will benefit from.

FAQ

Brands launching products, entering new markets, reaching audiences that ignore digital, or building the kind of memory and word of mouth that paid media cannot buy. Categories from food and beverage to hospitality, retail, sports, automotive and luxury all use it regularly.

Yes, though the execution runs through vetted production partners that we source and manage. Venue scouting, permit applications, fabrication, talent casting and on site safety are all coordinated by us, so the brand works with a single point of contact instead of managing a roster of vendors directly.

Every activation starts with the business outcome the brand is looking for, whether that is product trial, social reach, signups, retail sales lift or category authority. From there we agree on the metrics that map to that outcome, set up the tracking on the day, and report on what the activation produced after the event.

Most activations run 6 to 12 weeks from brief to event day, with strategy and concept in the first weeks, then production and build, then the activation itself. Larger experiential builds with custom fabrication, multiple cities or complex talent run longer. We share a clear timeline upfront.

Yes. Photo and video capture, creator coverage and BTS content are all scoped during the planning phase, with the production team on the day. The captured content is delivered as part of the handover after the event so the brand can run social amplification in the weeks that follow.
