InFocusMedia
Discover how we helped InFocusMedia rebuild its website into a motion rich, case study driven platform that speaks clearly to government and corporate clients.

InFocusMedia is a UAE production and content studio working with government entities and major brands. Their work operates at a high level, but the old website didn't reflect that. It looked static and template-based, and it didn't communicate the scale or quality of what they delivered.
The team wanted a site that strengthens their position with senior decision makers, especially within government.
The old website felt dated and too close to a simple brochure. It didn't explain their full offering in strategy and production, and it didn't give real space to their flagship case studies. That meant the work had to be sold through decks and word of mouth instead of a strong central platform.
build credibility with senior decision makers
Clearly communicate the full offering
Turn the website into a primary sales tool
Four priorities guided the work:
1. Clarify the offer and positioning for government and large organisations
2. Put real work and case studies at the centre of the experience
3. Use motion and film language so the site feels like a production partner
4. Build on Next.js with a CMS that the team can update without developer support
We started by defining what the site needed to say, who it needed to reach, and where the old one was falling short.

- Ran a brand discovery workshop to align on story, audiences and priorities;
- Mapped key services, products and pricing approaches to understand how clients buy.

- Reviewed regional competitors and global production houses to spot gaps in tone and UX;
- Developed a sitemap that trims noise and keeps attention on services, sectors and case studies.
Hero section opened with an autoplay reel that ran behind the “InFocusMedia” wordmark, which scrolled horizontally as users moved down the page.

Sections slid and layered softly to create a sense of progression without feeling gimmicky.

Service blocks explained what the team delivers for strategy and production in simple language, backed by visual examples.

Case studies sat in a prominent grid, each opening into a full story.

The visual language used a dark base, strong typography and cinematic framing so pages felt like storyboards instead of static slides.

All layouts were prototyped in Figma for desktop and mobile, then refined for scroll behaviour, micro interactions and content rhythm.
We built the site on Next.js so we don’t compromise on performance:
- Developed front end and back end, with CMS collections for case studies, sectors and services;
- Set up secure hosting and basic hardening so the site is safe for government traffic;
- Ran quality checks on responsiveness, browser behaviour, load times and content accuracy;
- Supported launch with final refinements and A/B style checks.
